Prepositions in English are a well- known challenge for learners of English as a Foreign Language. The English language has about 60 to 70 different prepositions, that is why, they are very confusing and sometimes even hard to be understood by native speakers. The use of prepositions poses great difficulties for EFL learners, because they have to understand all the nunances of the English prepositions, to recognize the multiple meanings of each one and to properly use them. This grammar lesson targets Intermediate Students of English as a Foreign Language (1st Year LMD Students of English as a Foreign Language). By the end of the lesson, students are believed to be able to understand, identify and use prepositions properly, in order to write meaningful sentences.
